This apartment is conveniently located near Ponta Negra beach, with shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. the modern, clean accommodations include comfortable beds, great showers, and air conditioning that works well. the staff is friendly and professional, and recent renovations have improved the building's appearance. Plus, some rooms offer nice pool views.
Guests have reported problems with cleanliness, with some units having visible dirt and stains upon arrival.

We recently stayed in a modern and comfortable apartment with our significant other for a romantic escape. The location was perfect for us, just a few blocks away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The shower was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the fact that the kitchenette was functional with enough utensils to prepare breakfast.
The pool was quite small, unlike the picture we saw on the website. We also had some confusion around the maid service, as we expected it daily, but it turned out to be every other day.

Location, location, location! We stayed in the heart of the city and were surrounded by great restaurants and shops. the apartment was modern and comfortable, with a wonderful shower that made us feel right at home. the housekeeping staff was friendly and gave great service.
the kitchenette was not as well-equipped as we would have liked and was missing some essential utensils.

We loved the location of this hotel which was quite close to the stunning Ponta Negra beach! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained with useful facilities like parking and reliable transportation. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment was tidy, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We enjoyed the modern and spacious room, with amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff at the reception were kind and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The recent renovations made the apartment feel like new, and we loved the beautiful and clean design. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and Ponta Negra beach all within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this venue. The service, comfort, and overall quality of our stay were exceptional.
